Board of Directors

juliu kapwepwe Mr. Julius Kapwepwe Mishambi is the chairperson of the CSBAG Board of Directors. He is currently a Director of Programmes at Uganda Debt Work (UDN). He is a development practitioner, with work and professional life spanning over 12 years from different National and International organizations. Mr. Kapwepwe holds a Masters in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University; a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University. He is currently a student of Masters in Development Economics.
imelda namagga Ms. Imelda Namagga is the Treasurer of the CSBAG Board of Directors. She is currently a Senior Program Officer- Governance and Rights program at Uganda Debt Network.  She has over 8 years’ experience in Policy analysis and Budget advocacy work. Ms. Namagga holds Master’s Degree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University.
elliot t Ms. Elliot Orizaarwa Tumwijukye is the member of the CSBAG board. She is a Gender and Development expert and the Executive Director at Women and Girl Child Development Association (WEGCDA). She holds a Master’s Degree in Gender and Women Studies from Makerere University and Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies Nkumba University, Ms.Orizaarwa has stronger experiences in gender, organization development Gender responsive budgeting and citizen participation in local governance.
paul onapa Mr. Paul Onapa is a member of the CSBAG Board. He is currently a Program Coordinator with the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development under the Youth Livelihood Programme .He is a dynamic development specialist with over 10 year’s professional experience in social development and social accountability. He holds a Master of Social Sciences (Social Policy), University College Cork, Ireland, a Master’s Degree, Public Administration and Management, Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda and a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree from Makerere University.
